    Weird sore throat pain??? What is it?

    Its not like a normal sore throat it feels like its just my tonsils and its NOT a normal sore throat, it doesnt burn, it feels like a stabbing or pinching pain. I have no other symptoms and it has lasted for 3 days...it really hurts and medicine doesnt seem to help. What is it? Thank You :]...
