No idea why, it has been happening a lot to me and my customers lately, flashed phone or not. That and incoming MMS comes through as a text message with a link to view the picture on. Again, this problem occurs whether it's flashed or not. Calling Cricket always fixes it though.

try some of these methoRAB: re-set it remove the battery *228 and reprogram the phone re-insert settings last thing if none of these work: hard-reset (make sure you back everything up)
