Found it (by playing around) hold down the 9 key and power up phone... it goes directly into DOWNLOAD MODE! BUT ... i've tried loading the software usind "emergency mode" under SPST, and it loaRAB, and seems to go okay, but I still get nothing when I power cycle the phone :( Any other ideas...
