Not for Gundam 00, where part 3 and part 2 both have 200 minutes of running time compared to part 1's 225. But yeah, Geass R2 parts 1 and 2 cover 13 episodes...guess it'll be four parts since they know that it sells. Makes me wonder what happens for Gundam 00's second season, but who knows.
