I couldn't agree with you more. Paygo sucks for a dealer. The local cricket folks keep trying to bring up ways for us to sell paygo but it just doesn't pay the same selling a paygo vs. regular monthly. I hope there is some plan to keep the dealers in business once cricket goes Paygo only...

When I open QPST Config it reconizes my Hero as "Unknown" not "Surf" or whatever it is. When I open service programming it says "Online connection failure: Unspecified error". What am I doing wrong? I have all the drivers installed. Thanks in advance :clapping:
