    One thing that really turned me off wasn't the reptitveness. It was the fact at episode 9 there was a little story arc of sorts. It became more serious, so much more that the show acknowledged it.

    Pokemon the Movie 12 (Third Diamond and Pearl Movie)

    That's some nice artwork there. I didn't think that they would get rid of any of the Johto starters considering one of the earliest posters had the three starters. Not to mention the fact that the main reason they're there is to promote HeartGold and SoulSilver.
