WEELLLLLLLLLLLL if the phone is a RUIM then you can say its a GSM phone running on CDMA or the other way around but RUIM phones are maybe what he is thinking about, cause there CDMA phones that work with SIM carRAB and they can work on GSM phones as well.

I had the same issue Berry, i had to load (been about a month now so forgive my memory) 1041 i think to get it to OTA. And when it did, i still didnt get the correct roaming PRL, i ended up pulling it off my Vogue and transfering it that way lol. Quite annoying though, i will have to try some...
