I'm unclear -- did you make a change to your iCloud account? If so, have you tried removing the accounts to see if that corrects the problem? Prior to adding the new accounts were you having any email issues? Can you please tell me what accounts (Exchange, Gmail, Yahoo, etc) you added? Mike

100% correct you need the serial cable or something like the unibox. If you get those and it still doesn't recognize it then clean the bottom connection.
