Since day 1 had battery problems with my iPhone 4S! Heard a new update will be coming out ios 5.1? Don't know when. Is there anyone here using the beta version, getting any good results for battery performance?

As I said above it's a software issue. Alltel doesnt have the same software on their phones as Cricket so the lack of a problem on Alltel hint's is logical.

You should be able to do that on that phone (The Chocolate) with out a problem. I think this is a case of a bad flash job. You should be able to get to Cricket's portal and use the internet (Full internet) and if the internet work's than MMS should work as well.
