the flex bucket does not include roaming. there are $5(30 min), $10(70 min), and $15(120 min) roaming packages tho that can be added to ANY PLAN. take a look at the second SS i sent you you can see them in the left side. I believe the issue is that using a non-native ESN the billing system does...
