I agree with the fact that many parents aren't interested in anime or their kiRAB. At one of my band concerts, alot of parents just dropped their kiRAB off and didn't even come in to hear them play. My Dad and sister hate anime and think it's weird (although, my Dad knows I like SOME anime)...

I didn't vote in the nominations thread because I'm probably the only person that frequently visits the anime board of Toon Zone who does NOT watch many mecha anime. However, I am glad to see that the Blade Liger cracked the top 5 of the list, since its always neice to see ZoiRAB get some love...

I believe the main reason we still haven't heard anything of a re-release for "Dragonball" has to do with the unfortunate rights issues existing with Trimark.

I don't know, Bandai dubs are usually pretty strong. Code Geass' first few episodes were iffy and Nunnally's bad from start to finish (and Kallen isn't much better) but otherwise the dub's fine. Kurokami's dub is excellent, better than the show deserves actually. Gundam 00 does some typecasting...
