YES! The car can't do much without a good battery, since it runs off the battery. Get it charged, you can buy a trickle charger for $10 or get a new battery, they only last 3-5yrs.

It's the 3"dia pulley just under the dipstick handle, 2" to right of the battery. Put a ~1/2" socket on it and turn clockwise and the pulley will move to the right an inch.
