welcome to the forums.... if you do some reading you need to flash the phone. This means changing the perfered roaming list nuraber off the phone (PRL) cricket use 01039....you need a usb cable and phone editing program to do it. You have to watch out though, you can ruin your phone though.

I've got a vx8550 with new firmware........I've changed the wap settings via CDMA Workshop 3.3.5 and I'm still having issues with the wap working.....I even went in to qpst and set up everything there too with no luck.....any suggestions?
