    Sidekick lx 09 wont turn on all the way...please help?

    My sidekick froze when i was making a phone call..so I took the battery out and put it back in..when i went to turn it back on, it only shows the small jump screen button. I did everything put in a different battery. everything Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help me fix it?
