    Cannot receive MMS on Samsung Galaxy S2 - OPTUS NETWORK?

    I can send but not receive MMS's. I have changed the APN settings and spoken to tech. support but haven't found a resolution. Can anyone send me specific instructions on how to change the settings? The error message is "download of (no subject) from (phone number) failed.
