    Can I lose sole custody of my daughter because I had extreme dui and my ex is

    using that for a court hearing? She's 7 and I had my extreme dui last year. It was a mistake: I'm not an alcoholic and I'm a good mother to my child. My ex is furious that I'm moving in with my boyfriend that's why he is doing that.
