    Help with Photoshop CS4 opacity?

    I have my brush's opacity set at 60%, which is what I want. The only problem is, if I go over something I already did, it shows. Say I color something and then let go of the mouse. If I go over what I just did, it's darker. I hope that makes sense... Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm doing...

    At what age are you allowed to not take Drivers Ed and still be able to take a

    permit test in California? My school no longer has drivers ed and i need to know if i can just take the test without taking the class
