I have a 2000 grand am gt and i was wondering if i bought a cat back monza performance exhaust and a k&n cold air intake, how much horsepower will i gain, and also i get around 20-22 mpg would that stay somewhere around the same?

i need to know whats the biggest size rim i can put on a 2000 ford focus without having to put a lift on it.
