    2002 buick century rejection by emissions?

    i have a buick century and it has been rejected twice by emissions, all i have to do is drive it so the computer will read that the catalytic converter is fixed but thing is i need up to date plates to drive but cant get plates unless the car passes.     Should i get a honda civic si sedan, or a civic ex coupe?

    The ex has sunroof i'm not sure if the si does as well but I have a honda civic ex and I love it. The si may be more "fun" to drive but the ex will pick up speed as well.
