    Does anyone know a free program that can turn a video into a .gif image?

    I need a FREE program that I can use to turn my video into an animated gif image. Don't tell me photoshop, because it's not free. Or GIMP, because I can't figure out how to download the animation package. Help please.

    What do you think of this poem that I wrote?
