Both having the same prior records, same charges, same amount stolen...I'd give both the same punishment. Not being a Judge, I don't feel appropriate giving an actual sentence in this hypothetical situation...but if I was, I'd definitely sentence both to the exact same sentence.

We never said "Global Warming is not true". Quit putting words you twisted into our mouths as if they're the truth. We acknowledge global warming as a natural trend as a part of this planet's cyclic nature of warming and cooling.
