    Combi TV not working funny noise?

    I have a samsung tv with built in dvd and video .The dvd /video and playstation work - but not the TV which just gives a totally fuzzy screen Also since TV stopped working it makes a funny "twirly" sound when you switch it ion and off - it never did this when wirking properly
