    I have two male dogs, my oldest dog has always lifted his leg to pee and he started that early. My youngest dog streaches forward like yours does and he has never lifted his leg to pee. He was fixed around 8 months, and my leg lifter was fixed around 7 months. Maybe some dogs just dont do it...
