Go to the cemetery/graveyard after midnight, and walk through it until you get to the pond. If you're playing in Riverview you'll know you're in the right spot when you see a 'no fishing' sign. Inspect the water and you'll see you can catch vampire fish or deathfish.

The life fruit seed is supposely around the graveyard. If you see a little white thing on the ground which looks like a tiny rock, pick it up because it's a seed. Hover over it and if it says "Special" on it, it may be a Life Fruit, Death Flower, Money Tree, Flame Fruit, or Omni Plant.
