Is there a website where I can watch episodes of America's Test Kitchen & Cook's Country?

Someone is selling a 1996 Honda Accord LX for $4,200. It has 106,000 miles on it, looks in very good condition (no dents at all), has new rims and new tires. I was just wondering if that is a good buy. They had it listed for $5,000 originally, and have now reduced it to $4,200.
