Ok so i weigh 106lbs. & usually range from 102-107lbs. I am 5'3'' & usually self concious. This is what i eat:

oatmeal w/ honey
or
Special K Cereal
w/
Orange Juice & a vitamin
Lunch:
Apple, Special K granola bar (90 cal.)
Dinner:
pasta or rice, spinach salad, veggies, fruits, and...
