    how to resize an image in office picture manager?

    im trying to make a psp theme with a ufc background, but the image needs to be 480 x 272. So when i click resize -> custom heigth/width then type in 480 x 272 at the bottom it says: original size: 363x272 new size:363x272. how can i resize it to what i want
