I have the new disc for my online college but my CD drive won't open on my computer. Is there any way to load Office onto another computer, put it onto a flash drive and then install it to my computer?

I just had a tune up done and it still runs rough, idles rough, etc. Someone mentioned it may be a bad coil pack but not sure, looking for input if anyone has any? And the engine light stays on.
