My friends bought a stereo for her 1993 nissan micra, we bought all the plugs for it but yet when we go to turn it on nothing happens. It doesnt have a place to plug in the aerial from her old car radio, well it does have a place but its just a hole. :/. Is this why its not working?

Hi, my friend bought a tevion stereo from aldi the other day. Wefitted it in today but there is no power going to the head unit itself. The stereo didnt come with an antenna extension to plug the aerial into and i was wondering if this could be the problem? If it is then where could i buy one from?
