how long can you extend the coil spring on a 97 dodge ram 1500 2wd, before you need to install brackets to lengthen parts of the front of the car. because i want to install a coil that is 3 inches longer than the stock coil and put a 2 inch spacer on the coil. can i do that without lengthening...

is it dificult to install a leveling kit on a dodge 2wd, because ive seen it done on a 4wd and it looked easy but the springs are placed differently on a 2wd. so is it something you can easily do at home or do you need a pro to install it?
