    I've been watching movies and shows on the American revolution, and can't help but think. Why did people used to just line up and open fire? Almost no tactical strikes? Just seems like an awful waste of men and a rather stupid...

    why the funny faces when we exercise?

    Facial expressions say a lot. As in when you smile everyone assumes you're happy ect. When lifting weights, you are essentially causing your body to hurt. The facial expression is a sign of distress. and is natural.
