I'm trying to give a Twirl effect to something I made in Photoshop CS4, but Twirl isn't selectable... I can use it if I open a photo, but I can't use it for anything that is created in it... Any clues?

Actually, I'm having 2 problems with Java, now that I think about it... The first one is the really weird one, though. For some reason, the text on many things, like my radio buttons on different programs, is only partly there. Like I'll see "Insta" instead of "Install" or "Canc" instead of...
