i've had body aches and headaches for the past 4-5 days, intensifying yesterday. i also had some nausea for a few hours. my thoat is becoming tighter and making it painfull to eat/swallow. i had chills/fever also. other than that i don't have any other symptoms, no blocked sinus/runny nose etc...
