using an app or something? The switch fell off and when I clicked it back in, it still wouldn't get off vibrate. So yeah. I've been soundless for a couple of weeks now. Is there a 'hard' way to turn it back to sound without the ringer switch?

my friend just bought a Samsung Instict and is trying to put her music on it from a previous phone, but it keeps saying something about a "write protection" how do i make it stop saying that so we can put the music on her phone? thanks for the help
