The bike has been fit with K+N pod air filters, Mac 4 into 1 exhaust and rejetted from 112.5 mains to 125. This was done at a cycle shop that specializes in old Japanese bikes and race bikes. They are well known, well accredited, and definitely good mechanics but anybody can overlook something...

What could I do to boost the power a little. I have actually thought about removing the airbox and putting a different air intake system or even individual, high flow filters on the carb air intake. Any advice? Jancie, I'm looking your way:)

I have the pilot (air) screws out 1 3/4 turns from fully seated. These screws are originally sealed by the factory and no manual has the factory setting as they are not supposed to be adjusted. Well, the caps over mine were popped off and the screws were all out of whack. #1 carb was out 2...
