Raiders love drafting speedy players. I think he can contribute early and on special teams.

They both are track guys, playmakers and they are good people. I think those 2 will have the top 5 40 yard dashe times in the combine. Jacoby can be that dangerous slot receiver and C.J. can line up in the backfield, receiver and return kicks and punts for you.
