I've tried south beach, and I wasn't impressed with the results. I tried Lucederm and it was better, but I'm afraid it didn"t work as well as I expected either.

I could not figure out why when I watch the US superstations KTLA or WGN during late nites I sometimes end-up getting cdn. sub feeds that are NOT simultaneous. For example at 11pm I may end up seeing global-BC, city-tv, a-ch, or SUN tv feeds, from a broadcast the cdn station had 3 hours earlier...
