when recording music to a blank cd from my media player I can only play it on my computer I can't play it on my car cd player . at one time this worked now it don't, how do I fix this problem

It will roll down slowly, but will not go up with either power window button. The other 3 windows work fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this or does anyone already know what the problem is and can tell me how to fix it. thanks, joe
