    1975 Honda cb 750 two questions for you?

    Two Questions the automatic oiler for rear chain can you shut it off I turned screw in as far as it goes but still cant shut the damm thing off I get a up and down pulse at around 55mph i have put new tires on new rims balanced new springs cant get rid of it
