    What are some good universities in Spain where I can study engineering abroad?

    They need to have an engineering department, obviously. I'd rather go to a large university, preferably in Northern Spain.

    I missed the deadline for my college housing contract...?

    I missed the deadline for my University of Michigan Ann Arbor Housing Contract. Is there anyway I can still live on campus? If I can't I will try to join a fraternity on campus and live there. Can a freshman be in a fraternity the first semester of his freshman year?

    Why is blackmail against the law?

    Why? What are the penalties for it? What can someone do (legally) if they are being blackmailed, call the Police? Like if someone is having an affair and I know about it, why can't I ask for money in exchange for silence?
