    1991 Dodge colt, why does it buck and how do I fix it?

    as the title says, when I try to Maritain speed, it starts bucking and I've tried everything I can thin of, but it just keeps doing it. So I'd like to know what and know how to fix it, And what is the second screw on the throttle for?
