    How can I set a ringback tone on my verizon wireless cell phone (EnV)?

    I DO NOT want to spend money. I know how to make ringtones on my pc and I have some on my phone but i was wondering if there is a way i can set them as my ringback tone? Websites, instructions, ect. would be helpful. thanks.
