I recently have the Danger OS v4.4, is there a way i could upgrade it to v4.6 myself/using the computer(mac)?

For example aloxlotl or seahorses? Then selling them to shops or people? I'm not sure about all the legal stuff tbh, its just an idea, I'd look into it if i decided i wanted to for definate. Was just after some opinions.
