My knob to put in the street address and scroll up and down is no longer functional, is there anyway I can have this fixed?

I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T. Its pretty fast and when I first got it it was pretty fast I was racing my friends Dodge Challenger R/T and was keeping up but I had my 24's on my car. It seems to have lost its step a bit, what can I do to restore my cars power. Tune-Up? Any takes on a Diablo...
