My father made a garden at his cottage and planted tomatoes and cucumbers. The problem is they all come dry and yellow. Would there be something he could do or put so they don't become like that? They have plenty of water.

For owners who have outdoor cats. Dogs need to stay in their yards. You don't see dogs roaming everywhere without a leash. Shouldn't it be the same for cats? That way, cats wouldn't be killing the wildlife, they wouldn't be using their neighbors yards as litter boxes, they couldn't get run over...
