is 2 flashes on the power lght? Hi there, I have a toshiba 42hp83 and the picture went out on it. The power light is blinking 2 times. I power it on ( I hear the relays click on and off ), it stays on for about 60 seconds ( no picture or sound at this point ) and then it clicks the relays again...
