    silly question. but i took a video. went home and uploaded it to my mac desktop incase my phone should explode or vanish or something. then it was deleted my someone (lovely, right?) I still have the video saved in several places in my hard drive on my computer. How can I upload the video back...

    does the ab lounge sport work?

    I'm 5 foot 9 inches and 210 pounds with a gut. I work out bench and arms every day, but cant seem to get any toner. Will the ab lounge help me tone my stomache?
