how do i do it? and i might need to re-grease my gear assembly's bearing too because i just washed my whole wheel with dawn soap and the grease is gone. thanks if soap is bad, what do i use to clean? and why can't i use black auto grease? what's wrong with it?

firstly, how do i re-grease my crank arm bearings? also, i'm replacing my rear derailleur. but the allen key bolt from my old derailleur doesn't fit because there's a lip on the bolt that's preventing it from going in. the actual size of the thread on the old bolt is 10 mm. i went to home depot...
