    Is it okay to download torrents on an android phone?

    I have HTC HD2 ported to android.. I have recently downloaded an app which can download torrents over the wifi, now I've been downloading movies (takes around 3 hours to download with 100kb/s) for 3 days, the phone gets really hot, most of the times I put it on charge and let the file download...
