There are three generations i am looking to choose from:
1: Evolution 1984-1998
2: Twin cam {spring tensioner} 1999-2007
3: Twin cam hydraulic tensioner 2008-
Which of these three if given a choice would be most reliable and require the least maintenance?
Im looking to get a little more ground clearance out of my 2012 v star 950 and i know companies have produced forward controls to replace floorboards on the v star 1100. So is there a company making them for the 950? If you know of one can i get a link please.
